Why Sälen SUP?

I got my first SUP in 2018 and paddled for the first time at Närsjön. It was so easy to paddle and you got so close to the water compared to a canoe that is heavier and you are also higher up. Out on the mirrored water overlooking mountain landscapes I told myself that more people need to experience this. So take a break from stress, the digital world, and paddle around a mountain lake for a few hours.
